This public site does not currently operate a user account or forum system. The Vault login display is a disabled preview and does not collect, store, or authenticate passwords. The contact form opens your own email application; information you send is then processed by your email provider and the receiving contact email service.

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, network delivery, and privacy-focused Web Analytics. Cloudflare and ordinary internet infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request timing, user agent, security events, and performance measurements as needed to provide and protect the service. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor information.

Do not send sensitive medical, financial, government-identification, password, or payment information through the public contact address.

If community accounts or forums are launched, their rules, moderation process, and material uses of automated moderation will be disclosed to members. Moderation actions will be attributable in the system, reviewable by the operator, and paired with a reporting or appeal route appropriate to the action.

The intended policy does not permit undisclosed shadow penalties or autonomous moderation operating outside owner oversight. Final forum rules and privacy terms will be published before account registration opens.

The site is intended to support keyboard navigation, reduced-motion preferences, readable text, descriptive alternatives, and responsive layouts. Accessibility problems may be reported to Serpentusrecords.llc@gmail.com.
